Effective May 16, 2019, the Community Development Commission/Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (CDC/HACoLA) has been renamed the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA). The renaming to the LACDA will provide the opportunity for our agency to rebrand itself as what it is: a strong, progressive, and unified entity within the County, with a rich history of providing a multitude of services to residents and businesses.
